A new suit is newly sued.

Kemerovo Azot will be a defendant in the case that will go before the arbitration tribunal of Kemerovo Region under the claim brought by the company Mir Strop. No reasons for bringing the claim are disclosed in the papers of the case.

Earlier, a lawsuit against the company was brought to the arbitration tribunal of Bashkortostan by the company Titan Trade (Ufa).

Kemerovo Azot is one of the largest nitrogen fertilizer producers in Russia. Its product line includes ammonia, urea, carbamide-ammonia mixture, ammonium nitrate. The plant is a part of SDS Azot owned by the businessman Roman Trotsenko (his fortune is estimated at $1.7 billion).
