Following the results of the meeting, which, among other things, considered a forced split-up of the enterprises producing nitrogen fertilizers that are parts of Group DF, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine reserved its judgement until next Thursday, August 8. ‘The consideration of this question is deferred until next week, next Thursday,’ said Yury Terentyev, Chairman of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, adding that by this date, the defendant would have to prepare all the materials they believe are required to economically justify the issues which the forced split-up of the plants can cause.
