# Neftegazkhimkomplekt wants to recover dollars from EuroChem

The suits are filed in rapid-fire succession.

A sitting of the Arbitration Court of the Perm Krai on the lawsuit filed by Neftegazkhimkomplekt (Moscow) to the Usolskiy Potash plant (part of EuroChem) is scheduled for November 6.

As follows from the case file, Neftegazkhimkomplekt wants to recover a debt in the amount of $29,520 and the interest on borrowed funds in the amount of 129,667 rubles (approximately $2,000) from the Usolskiy Potash Plant.

It is worth mentioning that [earlier the claim](https://www.fertilizerdaily.com/20191004-rzd-has-started-an-action-against-usolskiy-potash/) against the Usolsky Potash Plant was brought by the Russian Railways (RZhD) to recover 400,980 rubles ($6,130).

The Usolskiy Potash Plant is developing the Belopashinsky section of the Verkhnekamskoye potassium-magnesium salts deposit. It produced 250 thousand tons of potassium chloride last year.

Neftegazkhimkomplekt (according to the information on its website) is engaged in the wholesale distribution of chemical raw materials, etc.
