# K+S Group optimizes its organizational structure

Everything should be as simple as it can be.

The German K+S Group took a new step following its development strategy Shaping 2030: it has created a subsidiary K+S Minerals and Agriculture in its structure.

By combining potash and salt production, waste disposal and logistics activities within Germany all in the single K+S Minerals and Agriculture company, the K+S Group intends to achieve a synergistic effect and better meet customer demand.

Earlier, [K+S Group sold the Baltic Train container train](https://www.fertilizerdaily.com/20190926-ks-group-sells-baltic-train/) to the logistics operator Modal 3 Logistik, being its shareholder.
