The amount of the claim is quite modest.

Permdorstroy filed a lawsuit against the Usolskiy Potash Plant (part of EuroChem) in the Arbitration Court of the Perm Krai.

The reasons for Permdorstroy to pursue litigation are unknown, however, earlier the company had brought a claim in the Arbitration Court of the Perm Krai to recover 38,426 rubles (approximately $ 620) from the Usolskiy Potash Plant, which was sent back to Permdorstroy.

The Usolskiy Potash plant is developing the Belopashinsky plot of the Verkhnekamskoye deposit of potassium and magnesium salts. In 2018, it produced 250 thousand tons of potassium chloride.

Permdorstroy is involved in design, construction and reconstruction of roads.
