The domestic demand was not strong.

Odessa Port Plant (Ukraine) has summed up the results of the past year. In 2019 it produced 29.9 thousand tons of ammonia and 324.6 thousand tons of urea.

The enterprise exported nearly 2.549 million tons of ammonia and 352.3 thousand tons of urea, of which 18.6 thousand tons of ammonia and 288.5 thousand tons of urea of its own production.

Supplies to the Ukrainian market amounted to 76.8 thousand tons of ammonia (of which 3.4 thousand tons produced at the plant) and 3.6 thousand tons of urea.

After a long downtime, the Odessa Port Plant was restarted in August 2019 after signing a tolling contract with Agro Gas Trading for the supply of natural gas. The contract validity period terminates at the end of April of this year.
