# Grupa Azoty launches a new line

Restructuring has been beneficial.

The Polish company Grupa Azoty Chorzów (part of Grupa Azoty) has started selling the new line of multi-component fertilizers Azoplon, designed for foliar nutrition of crops.

This was done as part of the restructuring plan of Grupa Azoty Chorzów and changes in the structure of its products. Unprofitable processing of animal fats has been suspended, and the production of compound fertilizers has been launched.

“The restructuring plan for Grupa Azoty Chorzów will be implemented by 2027, so we have a long way to go. Nevertheless, it is safe to say that the year 2020 will be a breakthrough,” said Wojciech Wardacki, Chairman of the Board of Grupa Azoty.
