# KhimInvestTrans keeps filing lawsuits against Acron

KhimInvestTrans filed a lawsuit in the Moscow Arbitration Court against the Acron plant (part of the Acron Group). The reasons for bringing up the claim and the essence of the case are still unknown, as well as the date of the trial.

It is worth noting that since the beginning of this year, KhimInvestTrans has overall filed four lawsuits against Acron. One of the claims is a demand for a penalty in the amount of 845,400 rubles (almost $ 11 thousand) from Acron, and another one claims a cash recovery in the amount of 764,400 rubles (almost $ 10 thousand).

KhimInvestTrans specializes in transporting bulk liquid cargo in tank containers by rail.
