Publication Date: 20.05.2020, 10:00

Thirteen lenders have refused the claims.

Creditors of Ammoni plant (city of Mendeleevsk, Tatarstan republic) en masse abandon their claims within the framework of the bankruptcy case of the enterprise.

Tatarstan Commercial Court has already released 13 rulings on the creditors’ waiver their claims. At the same moment, at the end of May, the time is taken to consider the claims expires. That means that lenders who haven’t abandoned their claims must decide on the next step or extend the current one. Among the main creditors is Vnesheconombank (VEB), which Amonni owes over 90 billion rubles. Moreover, VEB has already included 15,6 billion rubles in the list of creditors’ claims.

Ammoni can annually produce 717,5 thousand tons of ammonia and the same number of carbamide, and 338 thousand tons of ammonia nitrate.
