# Nevinnomyssky Azot intends to sue Metafrax

The amount of the claim is impressive.

Nevinnomyssky Azot (Krasnodar Territory) has filed a claim to Perm Commercial Court against Metafrax.

According to the case files, Nevinnomyssky Azot intends to recover from Metafrax the forfeit of 3.463 million rubles (about $49.7 thousand).

Nevinnomyssky Azot (part of EuroChem) produces ammonia, nitrogen and complex fertilizers.

Metafrax is implementing a construction project of Ammonia-Carbamide-Melamine Complex worth more than 950 million euros (approximately $1.068 billion). The complex will annually produce up to 575 thousand tons of carbamide, 308 thousand tons of ammonia and 40 thousand tons of melamine. The company schedules to complete the project in 2021.
