Cargo turnover will exceed 5 million tons per year.

EuroChem plans to build a bulk terminal for the shipment of mineral fertilizers in the port of Ust-Luga (Leningrad Region). Glavgosexpertiza of Russia (Main Department of State Expertise) already reviewed design documentation and engineering survey results for the construction of the terminal.

After the appraisal, Glavgosexpertiza of Russia issued a positive conclusion. The terminal is intended for the transshipment of export fertilizers from railway transport to sea vessels. And vice-versa for the transshipment of import fertilizers from sea vessels to railway transport.

Upon completion of the three stages of construction, the capacity of the terminal will reach 6.025 million tons per year and the cargo turnover will reach 5.55 million tons per year.
