# Hydrometallurgical plant gets sued by local utility company

Utility bills should be paid on time.

On July 22, the Commercial Court of the Stavropol region will hold a hearing on the claim of the Stavropol Region Vodokanal (water services company) against Hydrometallurgical plant (city of Lermontov).

According to the case files, the Stavropol Region Vodokanal intends to recover from the Hydrometallurgical plant the forfeit under the cold water supply agreement for the period from December 1, 2019 to February 29, 2020 in the amount of almost 3.045 million rubles (approximately $43 thousand).

The Hydrometallurgical plant produces water-soluble fertilizers such as mono-ammonium phosphate, diammonium phosphate, potassium monophosphate and potassium sulfate.
