The growth stagnated due to some reasons.

According to the Federal State Statistics Service, in the eight months period this year, the production of ammonium and mineral fertilizers in Russia increased by 1.4% to 13.1 million tons and by 3.2% to 16.5 million tons, respectively. However, the output of gas technical sulfur fell by 3.4% to 4.3 million tons.

In August 2020, compared to the same period of 2019, the production of ammonia decreased by 4.9% and gas technical sulfur by 5.9%. However, the output of mineral fertilizers shows growth by 2.6%.
