Publication Date: 23.10.2020, 10:00

The restart of the production goes smoothly.

Severodonetsk Azot (Ukraine) has launched the first production line in department #2 of the carbamide workshop.

“We’re currently debugging the technological process to achieve the required operating performance. Our next goal is to bring the line to the designed capacity of 400 tons of carbamide per day,” said Leonid Bugaev, Chairman of the Board at Severodonetsk Azot.

For more than 5 years, department #2 was idle. To launch the first production line of the workshop, the enterprise conducted the full check and repair of the equipment and control systems. Department #2 consists of two technological lines with a total capacity of 800 tons of carbamide per day.

According to Leonid Bugaev’s statement, the preparatory works for the commissioning of the second line has already begun.

Severodonetsk Azot launched department #1 of the carbamide workshop in the spring of this year. Its capacity is 1.2 thousand tons of carbamide per day.
