# Acron faces significant financial losses in the 9M2020

The profit disappeared without a trace.

According to the financial statement of Acron Group, in January-September this year, the company’s revenue decreased by 6.9% to 48.542 billion rubles (approximately $611.6 million).

Instead of net profit, which the company didn’t receive at all, Acron Group incurred a loss of 5.655 billion rubles (approximately $71.2 million). During the nine months period of 2019, Acron Group’s net profit amounted to 18.934 billion rubles (approximately $238.6 million).

Acron Group managed to increase the production of mineral fertilizers but only by 1% to 4.884 million tons, while the output of nitrogen fertilizers fell by 6.5% to 3.634 million tons.
