# Hydrometallurgical plant faces a lease debt

The Southern Energy Company (Moscow) filed a claim to the Commercial Court of the Stavropol region against the Hydrometallurgical plant (city of Lermontov).

According to the case files, the Southern Energy Company intends to recover from the Hydrometallurgical plant the debt for the lease of vehicles in the period from April 20, 2018, to February 29, 2020. The amount of debt is 4.240 million rubles (approximately $53.4 thousand), as well as the interest of 338.22 thousand rubles (approx. $4.2 thousand). The types of vehicles are not disclosed in the materials.

The Hydrometallurgical plant produces monoammonium phosphate, diammonium phosphate, and potassium sulfate. The company is currently controlled by Almaz Group and has formed the Almaz Fertilizers plant, which (according to Rusprofile.ru) registered at the same address as the Hydrometallurgical plant.
