On December 2, the Commercial Court of the Perm region will hold a hearing on the claim filed by the Virtus-Engineering company (city of Perm) against the Usolskiy Potash Plant (part of EuroChem). According to the case files, Virtus-Engineering intends to recover from the Usolskiy Potash Plant the debt for the delivered goods and penalty. The types of goods are not disclosed in the materials.
