# Avgust faces another lawsuit from the advertising company

The contractor wants to collect the debt.

On January 26, the Commercial Court of Moscow will hold a hearing on the claim of the advertising group named Wosem against Avgust company (city of Chernogolovka, Moscow region).

As follows from the case files, the Wosem company intends to recover from Avgust a debt of almost 1.162 million rubles (approximately $15.5 thousand) and expenses for legal services of 5 thousand rubles (about $66.5) under an agreement on the provision of advertising and other fee-based services concluded on January 9, 2018.

Earlier, Wosem filed a claim to the Commercial Court of the Moscow region. However, the company decided to transfer the lawsuit to the Commercial Court of Moscow.

Avgust is one of the largest producers of crop protection agents in Russia and the CIS countries, producing them at three enterprises.
