# Avgust lost a lawsuit against Wosem advertising group

The debt will have to be paid.

The Moscow Commercial Court delivered judgment on the claim of the advertising group named Wosem (city of Moscow) against Avgust company (city of Krasnogorsk, Moscow region).

As follows from the case files, the Moscow Commercial Court ruled to recover from Avgust the debt under the contract for the paid provision of advertising and other services signed with the Wosem Group in January 2018, in the amount of 1.161 million rubles (about $15.7 thousand).

Earlier, the Wosem Group filed a claim to the Commercial Court of the Moscow region against Avgust, however, it was decided to transfer the case consideration to the Commercial Court of Moscow.

Avgust is one of the largest producers of crop protection agents in Russia and the CIS countries, producing them at three enterprises.
