As follows from the case files, KuibyshevAzot intends to recover from the Dorogobuzh plant a fine of 3.995 million rubles (approximately $53.5 thousand) under the contract for the supply of products No. 0044/02/18006 dated December 4, 2017, for excessive downtime of rolling stock in the period from January 1, 2018, to December 31, 2019.
