As the press-service of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia reports, the inspections conducted in some regions by the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) didn’t reveal any signs of an unjustified increase in fertilizer prices, and there are currently no reasons for freezing prices.

“According to the information on the growth in prices for mineral fertilizers received from agricultural producers, FAS initiated investigations in certain regions of Russia and at the moment there is no evidence of an unjustified increase in prices for mineral fertilizers,” the Ministry reported.
