# PhosAgro refreshed its Board of Directors

The development seems to be stable.

The Board of Directors of PhosAgro held the first annual meeting of shareholders, after which they re-elected Independent Director Xavier Rolet as its Chairman. Vice President Andrey G. Guryev was re-elected as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors.

The meeting approved the management and personnel of the committees of the company’s Board of Directors.

Marcus Rhodes, Independent Director and a member of PhosAgro Board of Directors, was re-elected as Chairman of the Audit Committee. The Remuneration and Human Resources Committee will be chaired by an Independent Director and a member of the Board of Directors James Rogers. Sven Ombudstvedt, Independent Director and a member of the Board of Directors, will lead the Strategy Committee. Mikhail Rybnikov, a member of the Board of Directors, will chair the Environmental, Health and Safety Committee. The Risk Management Committee will be chaired by Sven Ombudstvedt. Irina Bokova, Independent Director and a member of PhosAgro Board of Directors, will lead the Sustainability Committee.

The meeting also approved the preliminary work plan of the Board of Directors and its committees for the period up to June 30, 2022.
