# The privatization of Odessa Port Plant will not happen in 2021

The State changed plans for the sale of the enterprise.

The State Property Fund of Ukraine postponed the privatization of Odessa Port Plant to the 1H2022, although the process was previously scheduled for the 2H2021.

Odessa Port Plant is one of the most powerful chemical enterprises in Ukraine, which can produce over a million tons of ammonia and 600 thousand tons of carbamide per year.

At the end of 2020, the plant produced 566.8 thousand tons of ammonia and 821.2 thousand tons of carbamide, exporting most of its products. During the January-March period this year, Odessa Port Plant produced 137.4 and 204.5 thousand tons of ammonia and carbamide, respectively.
