The proceedings are dragging on.

On November 16, 2021, the Commercial Court of the Samara region held a hearing on the claim of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia against the KuibyshevAzot plant (the city of Togliatti).

Earlier the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia[filed a lawsuit](https://www.fertilizerdaily.com/20210713-the-ministry-of-industry-and-trade-of-russia-filed-a-lawsuit-against-kuibyshevazot/) to the Commercial Court of the Samara region to recover from KuibyshevAzot a subsidy of 121.681 million rubles (approximately $1.7 million) provided under the agreement dated December 2018 and the fine of the same amount.

KuibyshevAzot produces ammonia, ammonium nitrate, carbamide, ammonium sulfate, and carbamide-ammoniac compound.
