PhosAgro has a flexible system of the bonus awards on the fulfillment and overachievement of targets. The company annually issues bonus payments for professional holidays. The indexation doesn’t cancel the current flexible system of bonuses. “PhosAgro is among the best employers in the regions of its presence. We create comfortable, safe working conditions and guarantee competitive and decent wages. The increase in salaries will help to strengthen the material welfare of our employees and will be an additional incentive to improve labor efficiency,” said PhosAgro CEO Andrey Guryev. On September 1, 2021, PhosAgro already indexed the salaries of the production personnel and administrative and managerial personnel by 4% and 3%, respectively. Besides, in summer 2020, PhosAgro introduced new collective agreements amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
