The green deal is still in force.

The European Commission has allocated 185.9 million euros ($210.6 million) to promote the food products of the European Union on the world market in 2022.

As in 2021, the focus is on applying agricultural practices that follow the goals of the green deal, such as growing organic fruits and vegetables.

“The promotion plays a key role in the transition to sustainable food systems. Our goal is to raise awareness of organic farming and sustainable farming practices, along with the expansion of supplies of fresh fruits and vegetables, essential for a healthy and balanced diet,” said Janusz Wojciechowski, Commissioner for Agriculture of the European Union.

In 2022, subsidies will be allocated to agricultural companies doing business under the requirements of the green deal and the farm to fork strategy.
