The Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Vladimir region reported a fire in a peat bog developed by the Russian fertilizer producer — Fasco. The approximate burning area is 3 hectares. Currently, 13 vehicles and 31 firefighters are extinguishing fire and there is no threat to nearby settlements. Last year, Fasco opened an enterprise in the Vladimir region for the production of organic fertilizers from peat for the needs of local farmers. Its capacity is 20 tons of products per year.
