PhosAgro reports the voting results at its extraordinary general meeting of shareholders. The meeting was held following the decision of the Board of Directors of PhosAgro, which approved the implementation plan of the company’s key investment projects as part of the development strategy until 2025 and discussed the financial statements for the first half of 2022. PhosAgro shareholders approved the dividends at the rate of 780 rubles ($13.2) per ordinary share. The total dividend payout includes the final dividends for 2021 and 1H2022.
