The Minudobreniya plant (city of Rossosh, Voronezh region) filed a claim to the Commercial Court of Voronezh region to recover 30.9 billion rubles (over $493 million) from the subsidiary of Ostchem (Ukraine). The reasons for the lawsuits have not been revealed. Minudobreniya can produce up to 1 million tons of ammonia, 500 thousand tons of ammonium nitrate and 1 million tons of complex fertilizers per year. Their products are shipped to farmers in Russia and abroad. Ostchem combines several enterprises producing nitrogen fertilizers located in Ukraine.
