Publication Date: 02.11.2022, 18:00

The launch is scheduled for December 2023.

The Voskresensk Mineral Fertilizers plant (part of Uralchem) launched a project to create a new packaging complex. It’s planned to be installed in the department for the production of complex mineral fertilizers of the ammophos workshop No.2.

The site will be equipped with a unit for packaging NPK fertilizers into high-strength polyethylene sacks. The line’s capacity will be 30 thousand tons per year.

The existing packaging line will remain on standby. It can be used for packing in valve bags. The start of operation of the new equipment is scheduled for December 2023.

“Currently, we’re looking for a supplier for the packaging line, after which the design process will begin. Investments in the project will almost reach 125 million rubles (over $2 million),” said Vyacheslav Zavyalov, project manager at Voskresensk Mineral Fertilizers.
