A pilot batch was sent to Singapore.

The Australian company Centrex Metals shipped the first batch of 500 tons of phosphorites from its Ardmore project (Queensland) to Singapore. Another 2 thousand tons were sold to an Australian client.

The reserves of the Ardmore project amount to 16.2 million tons of P2O5 with an average content of 27.8% and a cutoff of 16%. According to the results of geological exploration, phosphorite deposits are located at shallow depths and can be worked out in a quarry way. In addition, by enrichment, clay material can be easily removed, obtaining a high-quality concentrate. It can be in demand in both Australia and New Zealand, which depends on imports of phosphorites, mainly from North Africa.
