It's planned to issue Eurobonds for $500 million.

PhosAgro may plan to refinance the issue of Eurobonds for $500 million maturing in April 2023. Now the company is exploring options in the Russian market.

PhosAgro is considering various options, including a new bond issue and loans. One option is to place bonds in Chinese yuan.

Recall that PhosAgro issued Eurobonds for $500 million at 3.949% per annum in January 2018. The company has two more Eurobond issues of the same volume maturing in 2025 and 2028.
