Nevinnomyssky Azot won the regional stage of the All-Russian competition.

Nevinnomyssky Azot (part of EuroChem, Stavropol region) was named the best industrial exporter among large businesses in the North Caucasus Federal District. The solemn ceremony of awarding the winners and prize-winners of the All-Russian competition “Exporter of the Year” was held in Makhachkala.

Every year Nevinnomyssky Azot ships more than 3 million tons of finished products, which are supplied to 45 countries. The company produces over 30 types of mineral fertilizers and organic synthesis products, including complex NPK fertilizers, melamine, carbamide, ammonium nitrate, edible acetic acid, acetates, and aldehydes.

The achievement of high performance is facilitated by projects for technical re-equipment and modernization of production processes, which are being implemented at Nevinnomyssky Azot. Much attention is also paid to logistics in order to expand export horizons. Thus, in July of this year, the first batch of fertilizers was sent using specialized containers to the Big Port of St. Petersburg for further transportation by sea.

The All-Russian competition “Exporter of the Year” was established by the Russian government in 2019 and is held with the support of VEB.RF, the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Russian Ministry of Economic Development, the Russian Ministry of Agriculture and the Russian Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications. Prizes are awarded to companies that have achieved the greatest success in exporting non-raw materials, non-energy goods, works, services, as well as the results of intellectual activity.

Awarding the winners in the regions is the first stage of the competition. The results of the federal stage will be summed up within the framework of the International Export Forum “Made in Russia” with the participation of top officials of the Russian Government.
