Martin Engineering has unveiled a new headquarters in Italy as part of a strategic restructuring aimed at enhancing customer service and propelling growth. This shift represents a significant milestone for the Italian division of the American engineering corporation, renowned for supplying conveyor belt products and material flow aids that elevate production efficiency and safety in the workplace.

For over three decades, Martin Engineering has maintained a robust presence in Italy, supporting key sectors, including coal, cement, and aggregates. The transition to a new, modern facility situated near Monza, just northeast of Milan, is set to expand the company’s capabilities to address material handling challenges across various industries such as fertilizer, recycling, glass, steel, paper, and ports.

With the new office, the company plans to introduce an expanded product line to the Italian market, including the N2 remote monitoring system for conveyor belt cleaners, which allows for real-time tracking of conveyor belt cleaner blades via a mobile application. Additionally, the company is launching its CleanScrape belt cleaners in Italy, known for their durability, requiring no retensioning or additional maintenance post-installation and offering a lifespan up to four times longer than traditional models.

Developments in Italy will allow Martin Engineering to leverage its bulk handling expertise across a broader spectrum of industries. The new headquarters provides the necessary space for the assembly and distribution of products, complemented by a specialized team of service technicians for installation.
