Paul Townsend, the company’s Chief Financial Officer, will step down in January 2025, transitioning into a strategic advisory role focusing on initiatives like Nufarm’s Seed Technologies. He will be succeeded by Brendan Ryan, a seasoned agribusiness leader with a proven track record of financial leadership in global markets.

Simultaneously, Nufarm has expanded its partnership with bp through a new R&D collaboration aimed at advancing biomass oil technology. This initiative will accelerate the development of plant-based biofuel feedstocks, contributing to the production of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) and addressing growing global demand for low-carbon energy solutions.
