# Brazil Potash secures agreement with Keytrade to supply one million tons of potash annually

New arrangements, which complement an existing offtake agreement with AMAGGI, secure commitments for about 1.5 million tons of the projected 2.4 million tons annual production capacity of Autazes Potash Project.

Brazil Potash has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Keytrade for the potential supply of up to one million tons of potash annually. This agreement marks a substantial step in Brazil Potash’s commercial strategy, enhancing its stature as a burgeoning domestic supplier within the Brazilian agricultural market.

Operating under its subsidiary, Potássio do Brasil, Brazil Potash is poised to advance its Autazes Potash Project, which is set to be the largest potash fertilizer project in the nation. The MOU with a leading global fertilizer trading firm, Keytrade, could see the company providing about half of its projected annual production capacity of 2.4 million tons from this initiative. This arrangement complements an existing offtake agreement with AMAGGI, collectively securing potential offload for approximately 1.5 million tons of potash annually. This forms a robust basis for future project financing initiatives.
