All support areas will also be retained, including the Agrostartup grant.

The Russian government has allocated 15 billion rubles ($150 million) for the support of farmers in 2025, maintaining the level of funding from the previous year. This amount does not include subsidized loans, as clarified by Agriculture Minister Oksana Lut. All current support measures will be preserved, including the “Agrostartup” grant, which will continue to assist novice farmers.

Looking ahead to 2026, the Ministry of Agriculture plans to introduce additional support tools, including:

- Subsidies for agro-aggregators;
- Implementation of gas piston installations;
- Support for specific livestock sectors;
- Promotion of organic production;
- Integration programs for small businesses with large enterprises.
