Ashraf K. Malik,![](https://www.fertilizerdaily.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/07/ashraf-k.-malik.jpeg) senior vice president of manufacturing and distribution, plans to step down on April 1, 2026, after more than a decade in the position. He will be succeeded by Trevor Williams, who most recently served as executive vice president and president of nitrogen and phosphate at Nutrien. Malik joined CF in 2011 and played a central role in expanding the company’s production network and embedding a stronger safety culture, according to the company. His tenure included oversight during periods of volatility in global fertilizer markets and growth in clean ammonia initiatives. “[Malik] has helped the company deliver industry-leading operational performance,” said Chris Bohn, CF’s chief operating officer, in a statement.
