# CropX acquires Acclym to strengthen enterprise-focused sustainable agriculture platform

Deal expands CropX’s reach into global food and beverage supply chains with clients such as Nestlé, AB InBev, General Mills and McCain Foods.

CropX Technologies, a provider of digital agronomic solutions, has acquired Acclym, an agricultural intelligence company formerly known as Agritask, in a move aimed at strengthening its position as a technology partner for global food and beverage companies.

Acclym brings to the deal a roster of multinational clients including Nestlé, AB InBev, General Mills and McCain Foods, as well as technology designed to monitor, verify and improve the sustainability of agricultural supply chains. CropX said it will integrate these capabilities into its agronomic farm management system, opening the door to new applications in regenerative agriculture and climate-focused sourcing strategies.

The purchase is CropX’s seventh acquisition in recent years, following its 2024 purchase of nitrogen sensor specialist EnGeniousAg and its 2023 acquisition of Australia-based Green Brain. Terms of the latest deal were not disclosed.

Acclym, which has raised $42 million from investors including Liechtenstein Group, Bridges Israel and Smart Agro Fund, has deployed its solutions across millions of hectares worldwide. The company’s tools are designed to translate farm-level data into insights for procurement and sustainability managers, a service increasingly in demand as food companies face pressure to meet environmental and ESG targets.

“Acclym brings enterprise intelligence that perfectly complements CropX’s deep agronomic capabilities,” said Tomer Tzach, chief executive of CropX. “Together, we’re building the digital infrastructure for a more resilient, sustainable, and productive food system.”

Acclym chief executive Amir Lehr described the deal as an opportunity to scale impact and broaden technological capabilities. “The combination of Acclym and CropX will greatly enhance the range of solutions that we can deliver to our clients,” he said.

With the acquisition, CropX positions itself not only as a farm-level tool for growers and agronomists but also as a strategic partner for multinational food companies seeking to manage supply chain risk, track environmental outcomes and invest in climate-smart agriculture.
