EuroChem has received two national awards recognizing its progress in digitalizing corporate functions through the Ritm digital ecosystem. The platform, introduced company-wide last year, integrates tools and services for work, professional development, and daily employee needs. At the Crystal Pyramid Awards—an annual competition supported by the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs highlighting leading HR practices across Russia and the CIS—EuroChem earned the Grand Prix in the *Organization and Corporate Culture Transformation* category and placed second for *Best Digital Environment in HR.* The company was also recognized at the *Internal and External Electronic Document Management* forum, where its human resources electronic document management (KEDM) initiative received the *Implementation of the Year* award. According to EuroChem, both awards acknowledge the company’s progress in building a unified digital environment that enhances internal efficiency and modernizes management practices. “A unified digital environment has transformed work approaches and employee perceptions, increasing efficiency, reducing the labor intensity of work processes, and creating a modern, high-quality interaction that fully meets the demands of the times,” said Andrey Kostylev, EuroChem’s Director of Corporate Development.
