EuroChem to issue Eurobonds
EuroChem plans to place Eurobonds by mid-May 2020.
Earlier, a financials source informed that the company had postponed the placement for an indefinite period due to uncertainty in the market, but EuroChem then denied this information.
EuroChem has successfully completed a road show on Eurobonds and intends to place bonds from the current time until mid-May.
“EuroChem successfully tapped both the international and Russian debt capital markets several times last year and enjoys a strong reputation there. Any suggestions on deferring the issue of Eurobonds are erroneous,” the company has confirmed.
Meetings were planned in London, following which, depending on market conditions, the company considered the possibility of issuing Eurobonds in dollars with maturity in five or seven years.
