Serious changes to PhosAgro’s top management

PhosAgro has announced the appointment of Siroj Loikov as its First Deputy CEO.

In his new position, Siroj Loikov, who previously held the post of Deputy CEO for International Projects and Personnel Policy, will coordinate the work of PhosAgro’s head office in Moscow, its management company in Cherepovets (Vologda Oblast) and the company’s production sites. He will also oversee the implementation of the PhosAgro’s priority development projects and deal with the appointment, development and assessment of the company’s top management.

Evgeny Novitsky, also First Deputy CEO of PhosAgro, will continue to improve the interaction between the company and government agencies, and will also oversee PhosAgro’s GR communications at the federal and regional levels.

Mikhail Rybnikov has been appointed Executive Director and will focus on the integration of production, logistics and sales, further improve the economic efficiency of production and supply processes and cost management. He will also oversee the implementation of the key IT projects and integrated planning, as well as improvement of the industrial safety standards and the occupational safety and labor protection management system at PhosAgro enterprises.

We have a lot of work ahead to build new partnerships, to implement significant international projects, including in the field of expanding the use of environmentally friendly fertilizers, scientific research and international trade, and to support the creation of a Green Standard for agricultural products in Russia and for its recognition as a global quality standard. In addition, the implementation of in-house projects to digitalize production and to restructure industrial safety and labor protection functions are on the agenda…
