Entrepreneur sued Hydrometallurgical Plant for $31.8K

An individual entrepreneur Alexey Slyusarev filed a claim against Hydrometallurgical Plant (Lermontov city, Stavropol region). Stavropol commercial court will conduct a trial on June 23.

According to the case files, Alexey Slyusarev intends to recover a debt of 1.5 million rubles and the forfeit of 723 thousand rubles (approximately $21.5 thousand and $10.3 thousand respectively) under the contract signed with Hydrometallurgical Plant on April 2, 2018.

The reasons for filing a lawsuit are not disclosed.

Hydrometallurgical Plant produces mineral fertilizers such as ammophos, sulfoammophos, potassium sulfate, monoammonium phosphate and monopotassium phosphate. The enterprise’s exclusive trading house is Cashmere Capital.
