Potassium fertilizer production is booming in Russia

According to the Federal State Statistics Service, in January-August this year, the production of potassium fertilizers in Russia increased by 3.9% to 6.1 million tons.
As the agency reports, the output potassium fertilizers in August compared to July raised by 10.9% to 837 thousand tons. Compared to the level of a year ago, the production of potassium fertilizers in August increased by 1.5%.
The current producers of potassium fertilizers in Russia are Uralkali and EuroChem.
