Russian Railways intends to sue EuroChem for $7.8 thousand

Today, the Commercial Court of the Krasnodar region will hold a hearing on the claim of Russian Railways (RZD) against the Belorechensk Mineral Fertilizer company (part of EuroChem).
According to the case files, Russian Railways intends to recover from the Belorechensk Mineral Fertilizer company the fine of 578.6 thousand rubles (approximately $7.5 thousand) and interest of 23.5 thousand rubles ($306) for using of third-party money.
The Belorechensk Mineral Fertilizer company produces phosphorus and complex fertilizers used in many regions of Russia.
