Researchers say this new fertilizer can accelerate plant growth by 1.5 times

Russian scientists from the University of Science and Technology have developed a new type of fertilizer, which consists of nanoparticles of an alloy of copper, cobalt, nickel and iron. Microdoses of this compound will significantly accelerate plant growth. Just add them to the water for irrigation.

According to the results of the experiments, the height of the shoots of oil radish and watercress increased by 50% and 12%, respectively. The increase in their mass was 20%. In addition, the fertilizer significantly slows down the activity of various bacteria, which allows farmers to almost completely abandon antibiotics.

The technology for the production of this fertilizer does not require large financial investments and is environmentally friendly. Experts consider its use in agriculture very promising.
