Voskresensk Mineral Fertilizers was visited by members of the Board of Directors of region enterprises

Voskresensk Mineral Fertilizers (part of Uralchem) held a tour for the members of the Board of Directors of various enterprises of the Voskresensk city. The event visited heads of enterprises of the city district, as well as representatives of the administration and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Voskresensk.

The tour was conducted by the director of the Voskresensk Mineral Fertilizers enterprise, Dmitry Trushkov, and the chief engineer, Vladimir Shvedikov.

The guests got acquainted with the main structural divisions of the enterprise – the wet-process phosphoric acid workshop No. 3, the ammophos workshop No. 1, the contact sulfuric acid workshop, and the complex mineral fertilizers department of the ammophos workshop No. 2. After the tour, a meeting of the Board of Directors of city enterprises took place. Its participants were presented with brief information about the work of Voskresensk Mineral Fertilizers, the volume of produced products, as well as projects to improve operational efficiency of production and reduce losses.

Enterprise managers also learned about the measures implemented at Voskresensk Mineral Fertilizers in recent years, aimed at improving industrial safety and working conditions for employees, increasing production culture and labor productivity. In addition, members of the Council were told about the features of the enterprise’s social policy, including the system of selection, training, evaluation and motivation of personnel.
