Monsanto was an American agrochemical and agricultural biotechnology corporation that existed from 1901 to 2018. In 2018, Bayer was acquired. The main products were genetically modified seeds of corn, soybean, cotton, insecticides such as DDT, as well as the most common herbicide, Roundup, in the world.
