A rogue supplier punished in Saratov Region

Officers of the Directorate of the Federal Bailiffs Service in Saratov Region collected over 1 million rubles in favor of the head of an agricultural enterprise.

The man had concluded a contract with one of the organizations for the supply of agrochemicals and fertilizers, but he then never received the products from the supplier despite timely payment. The court obliged the company to pay the money back to the recoverer, but the court’s claim was not settled voluntarily.

Under the initiated enforcement proceedings, the bailiff sent inquiry letters to accounting and registration authorities and credit organizations. According to the responses received, the debtor had open accounts in one of the banks. The account money was enough to pay off the debt. The required amount was collected and delivered to the recoverer.
