The Hydrometallurgical Plant sued over cold water

Tomorrow the Arbitration Court of the Stavropol Territory will be holding a hearing in the case brought by the Stavropol Krai Vodokanal against the Hydrometallurgical Plant (city of Lermontov).
As can be seen from the case file, Stavropol Krai Vodokanal wants to recover a debt in the amount of almost 2,796 million rubles (a bit more than $42 million) for the cold water received by the Hydrometallurgical Plant.
The Hydrometallurgical Plant produces mineral fertilizers (ammophos, sulfoammophos, potassium sulfate, monoammonium phosphate, monopotassium phosphate, etc.).

Europe is falling behind in this field. The concerns 30 years ago was reasonable. Now not so much. We need crops that can survive in a more extreme future climate. Handle droughts and hot weather better. Crops that are less tasty to pests like hogs and deere.
